I started a separate poll on what DC franchises you guys think new DC exclusive artist Mark Bagley should work on, but I realized this board may have more of an interest in the writers he might work with.

So what DC writer do you most want Bagley to work with? Feel free to mention your reasons for the pick, and the ideal books for the potential creative teams.

Ummm...and this is completely at random...*closes eyes and throws TWO darts at the names*

Whup. What do you know? Grant Morrison and Paul Dini. Huh. Can't believe that.

It was very close between Johns and McKeever. I went with Johns, just because it would be a bit more out of the traditional USM groove. I'd love to see Bagley draw something cosmic for a change, or a huge team book.

Any of the ones on the list would be good, but I'd love to see what Mark could do with Johns, Simone, or Waid.

I'd like tosee him work with any of the above or John Rogers. Probably Morrison though. I think they could create a real interesting comic together.

Geoff Johns since he's the only DC writer I follow.

I voted McKeever yet I really want to see him on Flash (which is currently by Mark Waid.) THEREFOR I declare that McKeever begins writing Flash! So be it!

i don't care who he works with, but you guys, and lady, are correct, flash is is the character he should draw.

I really want to see him draw Impulse and/or Kid Flash (Wally preferably). Aren't they doing some flashback backups in the Flash title? That would be sweet.

Man, I guess he REALLY didn't want to draw Spider-man anymore. :(

mark doing an old, original teen titans tale would be great.

It would be nice, but I'm more giddy with anticipation for Teen Titans: Year One illustrated by Karl Kerschl, the preview art is GORGEOUS.

I would like to see Mark Bagley draw a Barbara Gordon Batgirl story. I also wonder how he'd do with a nice run on Superman.

Judd Winick.

Greg Rucka and JH Williams III is already the perfect team.

Paul Dini and Judd Winick match his style to me.

I don't really like Johns' writing that much these days... but he's definitely the perfect DC match for Bagley

Also. Paul Dini is an acceptable match in my eyes.

The thing is, Batwoman was Rucka's creation. I think it would only be justified to see him flesh her out.

But Winnick would probably be a good match for her after Greg's done.

I'm not arguing with you. Conversely, Winick is who I'd like to see Bagley work on, and I like what little of Batwoman I know of. I also enjoy Winick writing women and homosexual characters. I also enjoy Rucka, but would much rather see Winick work on the character. However, I'll be picking it up regardless, 'cause Rucka's awesome.

Yes he is:D

I'm hoping he gives her some more depth. Didn't get much of an oppurtunity to do that in 52.

Rucka does write women & homosexual characters well in Queen & Country.
