So, I've been on a bit of a Beatles kick for the past couple of months, and I'd be interested in giving George Harrison's work a shot, since I really enjoy some of the songs he wrote with the Beatles, like "Blue Jay Way" and "Here Comes The Sun".

So, what do you those of you who've listened to it think?
Other than the high sitar content. :)

I had his one album in the 80's. I liked it pretty good. I thought that he had a couple of really solid pop tunes.

All Those Years Ago is a good song. It's about John Lennon, and I think it was written right after he was killed.

All Things Must Pass is the best solo Beatles album period.

I don't know about that.

Imagine and Plastic Ono Band are really damn good.

He's done some great underrated work post Beatles.

They are, and in the Beatles I prefer Lennon to Harrison, but I still think ATMP is better than any of Lennon's solo work.

I really really enjoy the all things must pass box set but it's mostly for the long blues jam sessions.

The Traveling Wilburys are rather under-rated.

The Traveling Wilburys are rather under-rated.

I don't know why...I love them

Harrison was easily the most talented of the Beatles. His solo stuff is great.

I love ATMP, and his last album, Brainwashed is pretty damn good. The Traveling Wilburys are awesome.

I think Harrison's solo stuff is second (barely) to Lennon's, but McCartney's also had a good set of albums lately (Flaming Pie, Chaos..., Memory Almost Full). Ringo is apparently a really nice guy.

The video for "I've Got My Mind Set on You" was probably my favorite thing on TV when I was little.

Now it's my favorite thing on youtube.

Don't forget the theme from Time bandits, Dream Away. Took me FOREVER to find a copy of that to download.
