I had that thing where I had to create a new profile. I remember seeing a way to fix this.

That happens to me all the time. THat's why I have two profiles.

I just created a new profile, but I really don't want to lose the first one. I think I have to delete some file.

The problem is probably that you have an instance of firefox.exe in memory which has a hold of your profile. Open task manager and kill all firefox.exe processes and that may help.

I did that. Nothing happened.
