It was stressful for me because, as we all know, life was like a hurricane....... there...... in Duckburg.

Eh, the gameplay mechanics were fun, but you could beat it in a day.

This website has just been bookmarked. I'd thank you, but I'm a little bitter about all the time I'm about to waste playing some of these games...

Eh, the gameplay mechanics were fun, but you could beat it in a day.

A lot of the best SNES games were like that, though. The SNES had a bunch of fun 3-5 hour games that were perfect for when you just wanted to pop a game in and have some fun. A lot of my faves(Legend of the Mystical Ninja, YSIII, Contra III) were like that. The real epic games(Zelda, DKC) were few and far between until later.

Granted, though I'd say Mystical Ninja and Contra III were longer and harder.

I don't know, it just seemed like a bit of waste of potential to me. Everything was there to make a great game, except for the gameplay value.

Tiny Toons was great but it doesn't come close to SMB3 or the Duck Tales games. The best platformer ever is Yoshi's Island.

Hmmm, I get a red "x" on all of the games. Do I need a certain program to be able to play them?

I fixed it for you.

Strangely this is the prototype version (http://rpgd.emulationworld.com/ballz/ducktales/moon.htm) and not the normal version. The moon-level music is too slow, and Gizmo-Duck is "Robo-Duck".

I admit that I still own a working copy of this game. And my original NES still works, too.

It's better than it has any right to be. :D

Oh God, you've all brought upon me NES platformer flashbacks. Good times. Its too bad these will probably never make it to XBL or VC or something, what with the license issues.

Rescue Rangers was excellent, but man, was Duck Tales hard. Either that, or I suck, both quite possible.

I also have a fondness for Mickey Mousecapades, and an SNES Mickey game in a castle... I can't remember that one quite well, but both were great.
