and if so, where can i buy some? i like using non-repro, but i hate wood pencils. i'm constantly sharpening.

I think I've seen it... Check a business supply store that has drafting and architecture tools.

Try your local art/drafting supply stores. If no luck there, try an online store.

If you need blueline but don't have any lead handy, you can use Photoshop or whatever. Run Hue/Saturation, tick colorize, adjust to whatever color you like, print and enjoy.

Yeah, I've seen artists use them to start their con sketches.
