Hey CB
I finally found Wonderlost #1, and enjoyed it a lot.
Has #2 come out and I missed it?

I am really looking forward to it. I bought the first issue from you last year at Wizard World Chicago. I really enjoyed it. I love personal stories from creators.

Hey, C.B. I was the guy at NYCC who bought issue one on saturday and came back the next day for issue two:)
I really liked it. Very entertaining, funny, whimsical, and relatable. Wasn't as good as the first issue for me, though.

Silver Snail in Toronto did not have any copies in, nor did they know it was coming out. Bummer because I was looking forward to it. Ill pop by once this strike is off.

I just read it and it was fantastic.
Not only does it give hope to those whom may be going thru high school now.
I found the drinking stories to slightly mimic my own, with variations. It is refreshing to see them reflected in manner that is entertaining and a lil educational.
I love the artists in the book. Great choices.
Im looking forward to issue three.
Great work CB

Thanks,

Thanks for taking the time to post this, bud. Your words here mean a lot to me. I'm glad you were able to relate to parts of it. The experiences may have been personal, but I think a lot of the stuations are universal.
Take care,

I feel bad but I have to admit that I haven't read it yet. The issue is waiting for me in my parents home, and I haven't been there in months.

Managed to find a copy.
I thought it was terrific, Alina's artwork is stellar. A hybrid of Josh Middleton and Claire Wendling.

I love Middleton. But I don't really know who Wendling is.

A terrific French Artist who has been illustrating for more than a decade (almost two I think). Definitely someone to keep a lookout for, she has been popping up at Marvel and hope she does more work over in North America! :)

I absolutely agree with you, Scott F. By the way, draws only covers?

Only covers in the US, but she has had quite a few "tomes" aka graphic novels in france from 1989 - now. Definitely an inspiration for my work!

I didn't know that. I used to read French comics a long time ago, but I guess she is too new for me.

She's had wrok spanning as early as 1989 (the year I was born, yipes!). So who knows.
They are rather lovely none the less.

I used to buy a lot of European comic books (mostly from French, Spain and Italy) published in the 70's (and early 80's). But I didn't know her.
1989? I'm 5 years older than you, then.
