Okay, that looked cool and all, but what is it supposed to be about? Does it have something to do with the rights to Marvelman/Miracleman?

Documentary about Miracleman?

Yeah, Neil announced they made/making a documentary about the Miracle Man mess. I believe Alan Moore is in it along with a lot of other people associated with the book.

I'm curious as to what they are actually doing to get Todd to give up the idea that he "owns" Miracle Man and not sue everybody if it gets published by somebody that isn't him.

Todd isn't really a player in this anymore. (Even if he thinks he is) It's working things out with Dez Skinn (The originator of Marvelman) that is the problem now.

Dez isn't the originator of Miracle Man. The character was published as Marvel Man in the mid 50's early 60s. He thought the character was in public domain when he published it (there is strong likelihood that it wasn't, but nobody filed any lawsuits).

But Dez apparently owns a piece of the character, specifically the piece that Todd thought he owned. So things would have to be worked out with him. I hope they can get something equitable worked out in short order.
