I could see a Golden/Silver Age story establishing that while Superman does get BO, he's so super that it smells like a rose garden and it just makes him more likable and desirable to women.

BO is caused by the excretions of microorganisms in your armpits eating your sweat and other goo that you secrete. Unless he brought super microorganisms with him from Krypton, I'd say his BO smells normal.
