Yeah, I have done this before. Last Thanksgiving, I threw my back out at work and the only place that felt comfortable was the ground, because of the firmness of it.

I never realized this really works. I might try it sometime.

I had to do this a couple of times this week. On Saturday I woke up with some lower back pain and in about two hours was pretty much praying for death.

I literally spent an entire day in some of the worst pain I have ever been in, in my life. I don't know what I did, I think I maybe just slept wrong, but am only just now getting back to normal.
