I believe the person with that picture also had other pictures with the same theme in his sig.... Like Julius Schwartz being a chauvinist pig in an old Lois Lane lettercol.

It doesn't look like his art, but yeah.... that's a pretty safe bet. I sadly sold all my issues a few months back, so I can't go find out for sure.
