I know this cover has been on line for a while but I thought you guys might like to see what it looks like before any digital painting. Like all of my work, it's pencil, ink and ink-wash.

Angel R, I have a pretty good idea of what the colors should be like. That's what the shading depends on. I decide the lightsource and the level of light in order to shade the image properly so it makes sense once I add color.

Gabriele, thanks a lot man, that means a lot coming from you.

Mike, I've only ever read a couple of things with Namor so I really don't have a strong opinion about him. I know he should wear more clothes ;)

I know he should wear more clothes ;)I'll be honest, there's absolutely no reason for you to draw, or care about Namor... I just have a personal agenda to see the Sub-Mariner thrust into the Marvel spotlight, thus regaining the glory that he deserves so dearly.
