One of the most reviled adaptations vs a sequel that had little to do wit the original. Which is the better comic film?

They're both awful, but man, I just can't ever vote for LoEG.

I'd have said Brandon Lee getting shot ruined the Crow. but I guess thats a topic for another thread.

Well, Brandon getting killed didnt RUIN the movie, in a sad way it added to its "Mystique"....Sadly.
And the story was still good.

Isn't City of Angels that movie with Meg Ryan and Luke Cage?

Well I mostly mean in the sense that none of the subsequent movies where really any good.
although Mia Kishner looked alright.

LOEG is a fun popcorn flick, just not a good adaption of the source material

LXG gets dumped on quite a bit, but the Crow sequel was craptacular.
It's like choosing between a kick to the taint, or a thumb in the eye

I gotta go with Crow: City of Angels... because somewhere burried deep within mounds of horrendous direction and acting... there hides an interesting story.

That, and the cinematography and soundtrack were awesome.
