So the clues are she wears a dog collar in one picture and there are wings on the chest emblem in one picture, which could just be from a band she likes? G'N'R?

I know she looks Asian, but frack it, that could just be stylization? Only you would know C.B..

O. Chance IS a girl. My gut reaction to that guess from someone else initially was that she was a boy. Was there some some "hiding your gender while living on the streets" story going on in Fallen Angels? It took me months to read those books 15 years ago, please don't make me go back into it. Devil Dinosaur ate Moonboy. Warren Ellis is so funny!

Though if she is Asian, as the art would suggest, Karma would be my guess who was recently reimagined as a gay Character in the early issues of new Mutants which is now called New X-Men... But after spending time as a slave (To the Shadow King.) like she did, I hardly think it would be psychologically settling to wear a dog collar unless of course it was an attempt to own her issues rather than being controlled by the bad elements of her tragi-life?

What about Jolt? Left on Counter Earth these many years? Not that Jeph Loeb even noticed that fabulous 2 years of storytelling from Thunderbolts which stipulated the heroes reborn where on the other side of the sun...

The Wasp is not Asian in regular Marvel continuity, just Ultimate continuity. And she's in the current line up of the mighty Avengers. :)

If I recall my Lore, Cap would have been about 25 when he was frozen. Just a freaking kid. Probably younger than Hawkeye who kept calling him an old man. Ironic no that Barton's then girlfriend was born in the 1930s?
