Damn, I haven't seen Eek! the Cat in ages, that show was damn good. I didn't even realize that they had Eek on DVD.
I was pretty much happy once I got Thundercats. But I'd also like to see The Avengers on DVD. I haven't seen them since I bought it on VHS. All I really want are the Diana Rigg episodes though.

There's no good reason I can think of for it not to be out by now.

It aired on Nickelodeon WAY back in the day, and it was absolutely amazing.

Id love to see "Its your move" - the Jason Bateman series that spun off from "Silver spoons" back in the 80s. Hell Id like to see "silver spoons" on DVD too.
I know it would probably be impossible to do correctly, but having "the wonder years" on DVD would be pretty boss. Although the music rights issue kind of screwed up the "WKRP in Cincinnati" sets, so I cant hold out too much hope for "wonder years".
As an aside rant - I know musicians need to get paid for using their work in another medium, but couldnt they make an exception for coincidential usage in the background of a TV show. If it was the focal point then yea get your $$, but if its not central to the show, cant you just take a little bit?

Also, Id love to see a more affordable set of StarBlazers on DVD. I remember the old VHS sets were ridicously priced and only had 2 or 3 episodes per tape.
Maybe they could also put out some of the Japanese only releases of the series also.

Pretty good list.
I think we actually are going to get Twin Peaks season 1 rereleased soon though with (hopefully) Season 2 and the pilot and sold as a complete set.
This is just a rumor that hasn't yet been confirmed, but most are speculating the complete set's release in November.

Michael Showalter (I call him "Show") said during the Human Giant marathon that The State was coming out to DVD FOR SURE this time, later this year, but of course we've heard similar things before and you're right to be weary.
I didn't know Eek! spoofed Hard R movies. I do know it never hurts to help!
And as soon as they make a "The Maxx" feature film starring an Academy Award winner they'll probably be a Maxx DVD!

Yeah, I'm praying those rumors are true but Twin Peaks has burned me so many times in the past... especially with the whole Pilot nonsense...

Eek was phenomenal in some of the material it referenced. My jaw would literally drop sometimes.

It is, they put out the first half of Season 2 and then quit. The discs are pretty hard to find now as they stopped selling them a few years ago. This I command!
