Went a little Bowen Mini-Bust Crazy this past week...

After a couple months of not buying any mini-busts (it's a little more difficult living in Canada to get busts when everyone else does) I went slightly nuts this week with my purchases.

In the past week and a half or so, I've purchased:

Wasp Retro MB
Wasp Modern MB (LOVE these MB. The wait was well worth it!!)
Kang MB
Taskmaster MB
Silver Surfer MB (great deal, got him for $70 CDN)
Thanos MB (another great deal, only $75 CDN)
Hawkeye MB
Original Spider-Man MB
Bucky MB (held off on this one for years, but for some reason on Sunday he just called to me)
Lockjaw MB
Super-Skrull MB
Attuma MB
Electro MB
Mandarin MB
Prowler MB
Shocker MB
Professor X MB
Leader MB

I wanted to grab a few of the older ones that for one reason or another I just haven't been able to purchase yet. I'm thrilled with how Silver Surfer and Thanos fit into my collection, and Hawkeye (although with a little bit of a funny face) adds so much to the other Avengers MB I put him with.

The only problem now, is that I have to search out the Ant-Man MB to go along with the Wasp busts, and I don't really want to pay that much... :mad:

Even though my LCS still has about ten or so MB that I don't own yet, I'm thinking my next purchase will actually be my first FS. Hawkeye. It's such an amazing piece I don't think I can pass it up.

I'm thinking from the stock that my LCS has avaliable, my next purchases will probably be:

Sentinel MB
Omega Red

My LCS doesn't have the Apocalypse statue in stock just yet, and I gotta say, I'm VERY tempted with that one. It's such an amazing piece. Although I know that if I start to purchase more than just a couple FS, I'll want more. I'm already thinking, "Well, I really like the Doctor Strange and Spider-Woman FS, and they still have a Ghost Rider FS...." It could wind up being very bad for me in the long run!! :)

I thought the Sentinel MB came out really nicely (as did Omega Red and FFF). So many great mini-busts so little cash.

i agree: the wasp mb's look cross-eyed to me & they're so small & stiff! i'm anxious to see Tony C's Wasp fs.

I got the retro Wasp and really wanted the modern version too....the only problem was that everyone I saw had some problem w/ the eyes. How's your modern Wasp?

The eyes on my modern Wasp are actually okay. They may be SLIGHTLY off, but nothing one would notice if they didn't stare hard at it for a little bit.

As for pics of the haul, well, that was kinda back in May... so there are no specific pictures of that specific haul.

I do need to post a picture or two of my recent haul (within about the last month and a half).

I went even more crazy that I did back in May of last year. From probably about mid February until last Thursday when I received my last ordered package in the mail, 25 mini-busts. The wallet said ouch.

THAT haul I can post pictures of, because I haven't actually organized them into my displays yet. They're all sitting on top of the detolfs at the moment.

I'll try and remember to take some pictures tomorrow.

I just got the brown museum Wolverine and Stingray MB and I'm expecting the classic action Wolverine in soon.
