So the new marvel solicits have a Title To Be Announced by Matt Fraction, it also mentions that this is the second issue. How did I miss the solicit for the first one??

Haha, and Los Angeles already pulled that once with the LOS ANGELES ANGELS of Anaheim.

well it's a bit of a question mark because the trademark-holders of the Champions as a comic book title are threatening to sue Marvel (if they haven't already). I don't know how different this is to the Nextwave situation though (Nextwave had to change its name after the first issue, to Nextwave: Agents of HATE, which was an ironic title because HATE was their enemy throughout the series), whether they can just extend the name by a word or two and get away with it.
