The writers for this series have said that She-Hulk will play a big role in this mini-series. Now there is speculation that Jennifer dies or gets seriously injured during Hulk's war, and THAT is what ultimately stops him from carrying through his plan of vengeance and ultimately scars Bruce for life. I'd like to say this theory is half-baked except for one thing----They. Killed. Captain. America. Does anybody really think Jen is off-limits if Marvel is willing to kill off Steve Rogers and keep him dead this long?

I don't recall any of the writers saying that She-Hulk played a big role in WHH, just that she played a role. I think some expectations about her part may be getting a tad exagerated.
As for the death rumour, I saw that one get started on Newsarama as nothing more than one fan speculating about what he thought might happen. From there it just snowballed. So I chalk this one up to the speculation mill. I don't rule it out completely, but I don't see anything to back it up at this point.
Personally, I think Shulkie will spend WWH depowered for the most part. Her role may be just what she said in Hulk #106, playing the legal angle rather than the fighting one. Time will tell, I guess.

Did anyone else find it annoying that the first two parts of World War Hulk (The Prolouge and Hulk #106) ruined the ending of the next She-Hulk issue?
We know pretty much everything that happens in the next issue.
I'm guessing its because of delays but it sure did seem odd. I thought I'd missed an issue of She-Hulk.
