(...as of next issue...)

... Dan Slott!

With 30 in total, 12 issues of She-Hulk (vol 1) and 18 issues of She-Hulk (vol 2), Dan will have outdone John Byrne's twenty-eight of The Sensational She-Hulk plus the Sensational She-Hulk graphic novel, with David Kraft close behind at twenty-four issues of The Savage She-Hulk.

So congratulations, Dan! You can now claim She-Hulk as yours, for life! :)

And if he can write her as a supporting cast member in the Initiative (rather that just standing behind Gauntlet looking purty) then maybe he can hit Bynre's mark for team books.

It would probably be a long way off though with his FF time and Avengers time too.

well, im sure by now practically every fan of Dan "the fan" Slott fans will have found out about him leaving She-Hulk after issue #21, so the final total: 33 issues. Not bad Mr. Slott. Let's see how long we can keep Peter David on the book.
