This is probably the only Marvel omnibus that's gotten my attention. I was wondering if anyone got this and if it's worth the cost of admission.

Want it. Waiting to scrape up the money. In the meantime, I've got the Lee/Ditko Spider-Man Omnibus heading my way.

Just ordered it off Amazon a few days ago. Can't wait. I've become obsessed with all Omnibus/Absolute collections.

I got it and I really like it. It's a great collection and comprehensive for all the Miller work done on DD. Since I work at a LCS I got a big discount on it so me saying it's worth what I paid is not the same as someone who buys it for full price. That being said I'd pay the full price for it.

Picked it up a few weeks ago, but I've barely had time to crack it open with school still in. And by crack it open I mean you need a crowbar to open this thing up because the binding is so damn tight. Binding issues aside I can say the book looks wonderful in the over-sized form and the extras are plentiful.
People on the Masterworks forum have been bitching about the binding issues and the fact that they didn't remaster the artwork, but both issues are pretty insignificant. With the binding you just have to work with the book a little to get it to stay open, and as for the artwork it's the same files that they used for the Frank Miller Visionaries Trades which were pretty good already. So if you've got $60 to $70 to blow and don't already have the trades I'd recommend it. A pretty spiffy package all in all.
Here's the thread on the Masterworks Forum if you want other opinions.

Daredevil Omnibus is almost as good as the Alias Omnibus. And both are outstanding.

Yep, got the variant (much cooler looking) for $63 off Amazon. I love having one of my favourite runs on a character all in one volume. Some damn cool extras, as well.

I'm finally picking this up on Thursday.
Big fan of the original run - bought 'em at the time!
I also have the Graphitti HCs, which I'm disappointed in. I'll be giving this the OCD review next week. I hear good things, though!
Looking forward to Volume 2!

FINALLY got my hands on this through eBay for a pretty sweet price, if I do say so myself.
Everyone in charge of the production of this book deserves a blowjob and/or cunnilingus. (Not offering personally, unless you're well groomed down below.) Really out did yourselves, guys.

If you wanted a lesson in making great action comics and couldn't afford a semester at the Kubert school, this omnibus would fit the bill. If you are new to the material you'll probably be pleasantly surprised at how good DD was even before Frank started writing it. McKenzie is unjustly forgotten.

call amazon. complain. at the very least you'll get a $5.00 gift certificate out of it, if not more. if i were to go back and count the amount of credits i've received from them over the last few years, it'd be AT LEAST $200.00 if not more...

I got mine a few weeks ago. I was hoping it'd be the bookstore cover, but that's what I get from dealing with amazon. It's a really nice book.

I almost ordered from Amazon, but it said the wait to get it would be 1 to 3 months. I won it on eBay for half the cover price, including shipping. Not bad.

Got it and love it.
Kind of wish I was able to get the variant cover but oh well.
I got it, I think its a lovely package and I can see why people dig it, but the story doesnt do anything for me,I think its the art and coloring that turns me off, I guess im into the more splashy stuff of the past ten years, Im more than likely going to try and sell it and get some other stuff Ive been looking for.

Now that I got almost the complete run of DD volume 2 (still missing Bru's stuff) I am wanting to pick this up.
Hoping to do like Wallace and get it for a nice price off ebay.
