Like OMG, lawl. Actually, I didn't know that. I wonder if that's why he has a MacBook prominently on display throughout An Inconvenient Truth.

I'm not suprised, Apple manufactures almost entirely in China and that company has serious issues with environmental protection.

Here I thought you were going to point out that Greenpeace is the worst. Damn Eco-Terrorists.

Nah. Just you. And your family. And their friends. And the people they know. And the cockroaches in their kitchens.

I wouldn't mind Gore getting some heat on this one. Since he is on the Board (didn't know that either) maybe he can get Apple to clean up their act a bit.

So Greenpeace has sold out to the people who bought out IBM. Very classy.

Yeah, I can't defend Gore on that one. I hope like Thudpucker suggests, he's working to change that. If he's not, he's a dick and loses all credibility.

I'm not 100 percent sure, but if I recall how most of the Apple board works, he probably tried pushing it forward and got shot down every time, How large is his share of controlling shares, now again?

It's a desperate move made by people that know they don't have the facts on their side.

Seeing as how Global Warming is not an exact science, nobody has the facts on their side. And absolving him because he's "OMG AL GORE" doesn't change the fact that he sits on the board of directors of a corporation labeled to be the worst environmentally by Greenpeace.

Or is Greenpeace lying now?
