The best news is that Obsidian gets to stay in the newly re-uncancelled Manhunter series. I liked Todd in Infinity Inc and really enjoyed his obvious but well done turn to the dark side in JSA but Obsidian has really shined in the pages of Manhunter. Is there any hope of an Obsidian mini by Andreyko? It could be a Thin Man-esque romp (and I don't mean the Marvel Golden age character either).
The Iron part? I was hoping we could see what being Iron Munroe's grandchild and great-grandchild could mean. It's clear the little guy has inherited something but I think it'd be cool if Kate was more like her grandparents as well. Sure, there's the original Superman powers but who knows what exposure to weird energies on the part of Arn and Sandra did to their genes and what other surprises might be there.
Anywho, whatever happens to the extended cast of Manhunter, I'm hoping there will be at least one hundred issues to come that are as good or better than the previous thirty!
