Christy is out tonight, so I'm flyin' solo. I was just going to pick up a prepared meal at Ukrops, but then I got ambitious.
I'm making pizza. I bought some dough, some Don Peppino's sauce, a nice stick of hard pepperoni, a yellow onion, and a metric ass ton of mozzarella. It's cooking up right now. While I'm waiting, I'm having an amusing little glass of red wine and a salad.
And, Christy gets left-overs when she gets home late tonight, which buys me some marriage karma.
So it's a win-win night here at casa de Ellis!

turkey burgers. ground turkey with some Worcestershire's sauce and chopped onion into the ground turkey along with some basil and thyme. then cooked on the gridle on top of the stove, and topped with spinach, american cheese, and some tobasco.

then on the side some asparagus sauted in butter and garlic.

it was heaven.
