Ok, I was just talking to Auron on AIM and he happened to catch me watching one of my favorite videos of all time, Billie Jean.
I'm a huge fan and of course product of the 80s for the most part being born in the late 70s. So, regardless of what I think of Michael Jackson the man, I love his music.
That said, Auron said he didn't know the words to not even one Michael Jackson song. I'm sure most people do. So, do you? Which one or ones?
(part one because maybe I'll do a part 2 later on :p)

I don't know any of them from beginning to end, but I know portions of all the big singles. Does that count?

Being older than you, I can remember my birthday party where I got my copy of Thriller. Would've been 82, so that's my 8th birthday.
I can still sing pretty much song on that album.

Can we get Auron back? I talk to him on AIM, but it'd be cool to have him back.

So what's your favorite song?
Hmm, probably "The Girl Is Mine." I do love some Paul McCartney duet action.

ahh, when the only thing odd about the man was wearing one glove and having too many zippers on his clothes.

Probably almost all of them. I loved him as a kid. I collected the stickers and joined his fan club. I'm with ya on this one Shannon! Billie Jean was always my favourite growing up too!

Back when I used to do stand up at talent shows I would do Michael Jackson as a big finish. I know almost all the words to his main songs, and used to be able to recreate the Motown 25 Billie Jean act step by step. Now I just do the dances in clubs to get free drinks.

shit, most of them.. (which is odd because we didn't have cable growing up, so i never watched his videos, and don't remember listening to him on the radio or having any of his albums.. :?)
billie jean, smooth criminal, bad, beat it, the way you make me feel, thriller, i could go on and on.
(although billie jean and smooth criminal are my personal faves)

The Girl is Mine is awesome, I agree Alysha. Thriller is really cool too. I love most of his stuff, well less for some of his current songs. I like some of those, just not like his older work.
Did any of you guys ever see that Pepsi commercial to the tune of Billie Jean? The one with the kid imitating Jackson. It's pretty cool. It's on youtube if you hadn't seen it (and Carlton from the Fresh Prince is the kid dancing).

I know the lyrics, either in part or in total, to several Michael Jackson songs. This fact bothers me a great deal

I know most of the lyrics off Thriller, as I listened to it a ton when it came out. It was the biggest thing in music at the time.
I also know a bunch of his other songs, but just bits and pieces.

Favorite song off of Thriller for me has to be Beat It. I mean come on, Eddie Van Halen on lead guitar? Everybody wins there.
