Here's how tragic I am: They're playing "Message in a Bottle," and I remembering my Guitar Hero notes.

Oh, and the tour's official now.
I saw them the other week when I was out for dinner. They've been up here for a while, I think if there were creative differences they would've come up earlier.

There won't be additional performers on the tour. Just the three guys onstage.
For now.

I can't believe they won't do any Sting solo songs on tour. Especially with him holding such apparent control over the proceedings.

They are playing Columbus, and it said on Sting's site that there are more dates coming...these are the initial dates.
I just hope they end up coming to the Carolinas

Well, that was pretty cool- a little rough around the edges performance wise, but it was awesome hearing the banter between the three of them...
Curious to see if they'll be doing a few "Jammed out" versions of songs-
Also, one of the complaints I've heard is how they'll lose the youthful energy of the early songs- but, Can't Stand Losing You sounded pretty great if you ask me.
Finally, FYI:

They have to be at Charlotte. Atlanta, at the furthest.

They should come to Greensboro...arena is bigger than both Charlotte and Atlanta

So who was able to get tickets during the pre-sale?
Manged to get one single seat from each pre-sale (BB and fan club) at MSG. One is in the back on the floor, the other on the side, pretty close to the stage. I'm psyched. I've been waiting 20+ yrs for this.
