Motherfucker makes the grindy engine noise when you attach or detach a USB cable. I'd have that thing wore out by the end of the first week.

So with the usual exchange rates that's about thirty bucks. My Best friend/computer guy will laugh at me if I ask him this (equal parts it being a Tardis and probably an obvious computer thing) but this would work on US computers, right? Not that it would matter because I have no clue what a USB hub is or if I'd need it. It'd be like the T-shirt I had to have that said 'save the cheerleader, save the world' the week after the tagline started being used.

I should think it would. It's basically a connection point where you can plug a bunch of USB devices (say, your camera for example) into a single USB port on your computer. Shouldn't be any localization issues, unless...I'm missing something painfully obvious, and I will accept my beating if I am.

Dear Amazon UK,

FUCK.

What do you mean you won't ship this USB hub or the Doctor Who toys (Anne wanted a sonic screwdriver to shine at things and frighten people in public) to the States? That's not right. ebay is full of people selling these things at stupid prices and I'd rather not (translation: won't) go that route.

Oh well. I'll just dial down the geekery, I suppose and put my wallet away.

Does...does the Doctor come with it?

I think the Doctor is pretty much asexual

The Doctor, as established with Captain Jack, is bisexual.

They must've had some wild parties together.

Ugh. Number four was the only one I ever thought should have gotten the sexual subtext and instead they save it for these last two.
